Here is how to update a doc template in clickup

  1. First open the Template Center and select the "Doc" option from the Template Types menu in the left sidebar
  2. Next find and click the Doc template you want to update
  3. Click on the "More options" (three dots) menu button in the template details header
  4. Select "Edit" from the dropdown menu
  5. Click on the template title field to edit the name
  6. You can enter the template description in the description text area
  7. Once done, click on the "Save" button in the top-right corner
  8. To add tags, click "Tags" option below the template title
  9. Then select tags from the dropdown menu
  10. Next to update the Share setting, click the "Share" button 
  11. Then select a sharing option from dropdown menu as needed
