Here is how to tell chatgpt about your interests and values
- First click on your profile section in the bottom left corner of the sidebar
- Next click on the "Settings" option in the user menu
- Click on the "Personalization" tab in the left sidebar of the settings dialog
- Scroll down to the "About you" section in the personalization settings
- Locate the "More about you" text field
- Then enter your personal preferences, interests, or values you want ChatGPT to keep in mind
- Finally click on the "Save" button to save the changes
