Here is how to share a doc template in clickup

  1. First click on the Workspace Avatar in the top left corner
  2. Next  click on "Template Center" in the workspace settings menu
  3. Next in the document templates section, find and click the Doc template you want to share
  4. Click on "Share" button in the template details view
  5. Then choose a sharing option from the dropdown menu
  6. To generate a shareable link for external users, enable "Public sharing" toggle switch
  7. Click "Copy Link" and share it with your team
