- First click on the Workspace Avatar in the top left corner
- Next click on "Template Center" in the workspace settings menu
- Next in the document templates section, find and click the Doc template you want to share
- Click on "Share" button in the template details view
- Then choose a sharing option from the dropdown menu
- To generate a shareable link for external users, enable "Public sharing" toggle switch
- Click "Copy Link" and share it with your team
