Here is how to keep recipients in the same domain in a sequence after a meeting is booked in mixmax
- First click on the "Sequences" in the left sidebar
- Next, click on the sequence you want to configure
- Click on the "Settings" tab in the sequence configuration
- Then click on "Exit criteria" option in the settings menu
- Finally uncheck the box for "Also exit all recipients in the same domain"
- The setting "Automatically exit recipients when they book a meeting via Mixmax with the sender" may remain enabled, but the domain-based exit rule will no longer apply
