  2. Next click on "Organizations" in the dropdown menu

  5. Click on the "Audit log" option in the expanded menu
  6. Then click on "Events" tab in the top navigation bar
  7. Next click on "Filters" button in the audit log toolbar
  8. Finally select "Repository management" filter option from the dropdown menu
  9. The audit log will now update to show only repository management events
