  1. First click on the "Settings" menu item in the left sidebar
  2. Click on the "Mail Settings" submenu item in the left sidebar
  3. Scroll down to the Suppression Settings section on the Mail settings page
  4. Next click on the edit icon button next to the "Address Allow List" setting
  5. Then enter the email address or domain you want to allow
  6. You can click “Add Another Address or Domain” to include more entries
  7. Next click on the "ENABLED" toggle button in the Address Allow List Status section
  8. Finally click on the "Save" button to confirm
  9. Emails from the specified addresses or domains will never be suppressed by Sendgrid
