Pipedrive is a sales CRM designed to streamline pipeline management and deal tracking.
How it works
1. First click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the header
2.Next click on "Company settings" in the dropdown menu
3. In the Company settings page, click on the "Activities" tab
4. Then locate the activity type you want to deactivate in the list
5. Finally click on the toggle switch next to the activity type to deactivate it
6. The activity type has successfully been deactivated, it will no longer appear as an option when creating or editing activities
