  2. Next click on "Settings" option in the dropdown menu
  3. In the left sidebar navigation, click on "Public profile" section
  4. Scroll down to the "Contributions & activity" section on the page
  5. Then uncheck the "Make profile private and hide activity" checkbox to make your profile public and show your activity
  6. To hide your contributions and activity, check the "Make profile private and hide activity" checkbox
  7. Finally click on the "Update preferences" button to save the changes
