Here is how to change your github profile privacy settings
- First click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the header
- Next click on "Settings" option in the dropdown menu
- In the left sidebar navigation, click on "Public profile" section
- Scroll down to the "Contributions & activity" section on the page
- Then uncheck the "Make profile private and hide activity" checkbox to make your profile public and show your activity
- To hide your contributions and activity, check the "Make profile private and hide activity" checkbox
- Finally click on the "Update preferences" button to save the changes
