Here is how to allow repository administrators to delete issues in your github organizatio
- First click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the header
- Next click on "Organizations" in the dropdown menu
- Click on the "Settings" button next to the organization you want to manage
- Click on "Member privileges" in the left sidebar under the Access section
- Scroll down to the "Issue deletion" section
- Then enable the "Allow repository administrators to delete issues for this organization" option
- Finally click on "Save" button to confirm the changes
