Here is how to limit interactions to existing users in a github repository
- First, open the repository where you want to limit interactions
- Next click on "Settings" tab in the navigation menu
- In the left settings sidebar, click on "Moderation options"
- Then click on "Interaction limits" option in the expanded Moderation options menu
- Next locate the "Limit to existing users" option
- Then click on the "Enable" dropdown button next to it
- Finally select the duration you want for your interaction limit
