Here is how to enable forward spam reports in sendgrid
- First click on the "Settings" menu item in the left sidebar
- Click on the "Mail Settings" option in the Settings submenu
- Locate the "Forward Spam Reports" option in the Event Settings section
- Next click on the edit icon button next to it
- Enter the email address where you want the spam report emails to be forwarded
- Then click on the "ENABLED" button to activate spam report forwarding
- Finally click on the "Save" button to confirm
