Here is how to cancel an expired invitation in your github organization
- First click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the header
- Next click on "Organizations" in the dropdown menu
- Click on the "Settings" button next to the organization
- Click on "People" tab
- Under "Organization permissions", click "Invitations" or "Failed invitations"
- Then locate the expired invitation you want to cancel
- Click on the three dots icon next to the invitation
- Next click on "Cancel invitation" in the dropdown menu
- Finally click on the "Cancel invitation" button in the confirmation dialog
