Here is how to configure recommended project templates in your github organization
- First click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the header
- Next select "Organizations" from the dropdown menu
- Click on the "Settings" button next to the organization
- In the left sidebar, click on "Planning" under the Code, planning, and automation section
- Click on "Projects" in the submenu
- After that, click on the "Add recommended templates" button
- In the list of templates owned by your organization, select up to six templates that you want to recommend to your members
- Finally, click on the "Save" button to apply the changes
